    Bodybuilding Nutrition: Recipes

    In this section are collected recipes, which fit to bodybuilding nutrition. Avoid the monotony of chickenbreast, rice, pasta and eggwhites! Be happy, be healthy!

    Turkey with sauce and beans

    • 1lb Turkey meat
    • 1 can light kidney beans
    • 1 can Hunts Italian sauce
    • 1 package Chilli mix (optional)

    Brown the meat over med heat, cook until done. Drain off excess fat and grease (I also wash the meat with hot water). Add in the beans and sauce, add
    mix if you want. Presto! Good high protein meal in under 10 minutes.

    Here’s what you’ll get:

    • 90 grams of carbs
    • 161 grams of PROTEIN
    • 22 grams of fat
    • 1322 cals

    Oat pancakes

    Ingredients:

    • base:
      • 10 egg whites
      • 2 yolks
      • 2 cups of fine oats
    • add – ins:
      • raisins
      • one scoop of crystal brown sugar (optional)
      • cinnamon

    Put all ingredients together in some container and stir. Give a little vegetable oil on a teflone pan and heat it. Then put a half of the stuff in the pan to make about 2.5 cm = 1 inch thick layer and heat
    from every side about 3-4 minutes, till it is light brown. Then repeat with the other half.

    You can use also other add-ins instead, for example apple cut to small pieces instead of raisins. Or you can make a salt variant of it, with adding salt to base-only.

    A simple, nutritious, tasty and quick recipe.

    Shrimp Boil

    • 2 lbs medium shrimp
    • 1 very large garlic clove, peeled
    • 4 small onion, peeled
    • 2 lbs red patatoes

    Celery

    • 4 ears of corn
    • 1 can of Old Bay sesoning
    • 1 bag of Crab Boil
    • 1 jar Crab Oil
    • 2 Lemons Quatered
    • 1 Jar Jalepeno Peppers

    Combine all ingredients into a large covered pot with a basket, heat until boiling. Add shrimp and boil for 4 minutes. Let stand to steam for an additional 5 minutes.

    The crab oil and pepers will make this very hot, only add if desired.

    Stew-tato

    • 1 very very very large baking potato
    • 1 lb lean beef steak
    • 2 Carrots
    • 1 Celery stalk
    • ½ Tsp minced garlic
    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 package stew starter mix

    Microwave baked potato unitl done. Cut up steak into cubes, cook until done with onions, garlic, celery. Combine water with stew mix per directions then add steak and veggies.

    Open baked potato and pour in the beef stew.
